

I was flipping through my copy of Eat This Not That today when I saw the Thanksgiving Dinner guide. I know some of you all may be struggling on what to have this season, so I have a link to the Thanksgiving Dinner from Eat This Not That! I hope that helps. In the book it has ways to burn the calories also. Such ideas include a 4.5 mile walk with the family(or a workout substitute of mine: Leslie Sansone's Fast & Firm 4 Really BIG Miles Workout DVD at most Walmart fitness sections), football, leaf racking, dish washing, etc.
